Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment via bank transfer.

We take fraud and security extremely seriously. All credit and debit card transactions on this Site are processed by Shopify payments, a secure online gateway which will be responsible for holding and automated handling in a secure environment of the information relating to your payment details.

Payments can also be made in various currencies. A list of the accepted currencies can be found in the top right corner of the Site. 

You should make the payment in the currency that you have selected before you submit your order. If a payment is made using a different currency, then you may occur charges from your provider. Please speak to your provider directly regarding these charges.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.

When you place your order, you must supply your card details. We will contact your card issuer to request authorisation to the use of your card for payment of your products.

We will not accept your order until your credit or debit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment of the products ordered. This means that your order will be cancelled and your product will not be shipped to you.

If your card is rejected by our online payment processing system, please double check that all of the details entered are matching your billing information.

If you are sure that you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit or debit card or place the order again using a different card. If the problem persists, please contact your card provider.

We have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication inquiries.

Please note your order will only be processed once we have received authorisation from your payment card issuer to process the payment.

When your credit or debit card issuer authorises the use of your card, the necessary funds on your card are reserved until the purchase process is completed or cancelled. However, no amount is actually charged on your card until the purchase process is completed. Authorisations can remain pending 3 to 7 days even in case of cancelled orders. In such cases, no actual charges will be affected, and the funds will be eventually released.

Payment via PayPal

If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account with your email address and password to confirm the payment.

If in the exceptional circumstance your order is cancelled due to the product being out of stock or any other situation and you have paid through PayPal, you will be notified and a refund will be issue via PayPal.
