Christmas Returns
We have extended our usual timeframe to return goods just for the Christmas season. Any product bought between 8th November 2024 and 26th December 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025, if it is unwanted or unsuitable.
You must ensure that the product is unused, resaleable and in its original condition including all labels and tags intact. All return conditions must be met and returns process remains the same. Please refer to our Returns page for instructions.
If you received the product as a gift, the order number must be submitted when requesting the return.
