Christmas Returns
We have extended our usual timeframe to return goods just for the Christmas season. Any product bought between 29th November 2023 and 27th December 2023 can be returned until 15th January 2024, if it is unwanted or unsuitable.
You must ensure that the product is unused, resaleable and in its original condition including all labels and tags intact. All return conditions must be met and returns process remains the same. Please refer to our Returns page for instructions.
If you received the product as a gift, the order number must be submitted when requesting the return.
